Effective planning is directly correlated to effective classroom environment. This leads to enhanced capabilities within the classroom. Greg Mixon:Kennesaw Mountain High School
Children learn better when the classroom is well organized, and when they know what the teacher expects of them. Teachers must manage their classrooms so that when they have children who are disrespectful to their classmates they are adequately punished. It is unfair for the students who try to learn when they are hindered by students who do not pay attention.
If there is no classroom management then it is hard for learning to occur. There must be adequate control to allow the students and teacher to remain focused on their task at hand. Proper classroom management will allow the students that want to learn to have the chance to do so.
Classroom management is something every teacher has to have. If the teacher is lacking in classroom management the students ability to learn is effected. The students might feel like this class is a joke why bother she won't care, or they will disrespect him or her. That is why on the first day of class teachers should established their rules and enforce them!
Classroom management directly affects the learning environment. It allows the teacher to effectively pace lessons, stay organized, and facilitate learning. Effective classroom management also sets up procedures students use to make their time more efficient and productive. Good classroom management skills create a organized learning environment where the students and teacher are free to explore.
